How we handle your information

When you send an enquiry, request a consultation or register career interest, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, organization, email address, phone number, requested service, message, preferred meeting details, M-Pesa transaction reference and recruitment information.

We do not intentionally collect payment PINs or passwords. Never include them in a website form, email or WhatsApp message.

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare and schedule consultations, verify a payment reference, assess future recruitment interest, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate business records.

Website records are stored using service providers that support our website and business operations. Access is limited to authorized TechWave team members who need the information for the relevant enquiry, consultation or recruitment process.

CV files are currently sent by email and are not uploaded through this website.

We retain information only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary for the business relationship, recruitment consideration, accounting, dispute handling or another legitimate operational requirement. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing dvhansen.org@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
