Fee and confirmation
The consultation fee is KES 2,500. Payment is required before a meeting is confirmed. Submitting an M-Pesa code records a request for verification; the meeting is confirmed only after the team verifies payment and agrees on the date and time.
Refunds
Consultation fees are currently non-refundable. If TechWave cannot attend the agreed meeting, the team will offer a new date or review the payment directly with the client.
Virtual and physical meetings
The same consultation fee applies to virtual and physical meetings. Transport and related travel costs for a physical meeting are quoted separately and must be agreed before travel is arranged.
Scope
The fee covers the consultation meeting and initial professional guidance. It does not include software development, detailed audits, written specifications, implementation or ongoing support unless these items are included in a separate written quotation.
Rescheduling
Contact TechWave as early as possible if you need to reschedule. A new date remains subject to team availability and payment verification.
