With a background in Information Technology, Software Systems and DevOps, he brings together software development, infrastructure, automation, deployment and operational reliability to build technology solutions that address complex real-world challenges.

A graduate and technology professional, Godwin has developed a strong interest in the full technology lifecycle — from requirements analysis and system architecture to application development, deployment, infrastructure management, automation, monitoring and continuous improvement. His approach goes beyond simply developing software; he focuses on building systems that are functional, maintainable, secure, scalable and capable of supporting organizational operations over time.

Godwin has contributed to the development of several technology solutions across different environments. These include an AI-Powered IT Ticketing System for Kenyatta National Hospital, designed to support the management, tracking, prioritization and resolution of technical issues while creating opportunities for intelligent automation and improved service delivery. He has also been involved in the development of an Asset Management System for WIMA Enterprises, aimed at improving asset registration, allocation, tracking, accountability and lifecycle management within the organization.

In addition, he has worked on a Softphone communication solution, demonstrating his interest in integrating software applications with modern communication technologies to improve accessibility, collaboration and operational efficiency.
